Alison is the Chief Executive Officer of PRA (Pradera Retail Asia) based in Shanghai, where she relocated from Istanbul in mid-2017. She oversees a team of 125+ professionals in the PRC. Alison is also a Managing Director, Board Director and Investment Committee member of Pradera Limited and oversees the team in Turkey for Pradera Limited.

In her combined roles, she oversees a team of 155+ professionals across two continents and all aspects of both businesses as well as business development. In Turkey, Pradera is the asset manager of Istanbul Cevahir which is one of the largest shopping centres in Europe and is the largest separate account client for Pradera Limited. Pradera has worked on Cevahir since its acquisition in 2007 and Alison has been successful in repositioning the scheme to achieve NOI growth of 288% during the hold period.

Prior to Pradera, Alison was employed by General Growth Properties for nine years in the US where she was Vice President of International. She managed International Joint Ventures in Turkey, Brazil and Costa Rica. In addition to these responsibilities, Alison also conducted business development exploration for General Growth in Central and Eastern Europe & Asia.

Alison began her retail real estate career in 1999 with Simon Property Group. She holds a BSc in International Trade with honours from the Fashion Institute of Technology, State University of New York and Executive Certification in Global Management from the Garvin School of International Management, Thunderbird University. She also sits on the Advisory Board of ICSC in Asia.
